Sometimes you can find an alternative to a premium rate number if you google something like 'say no to premium rate numbers' or other similar wording. Good luck.

Same agency Nina, and I did request postal delivery. I'm going back onto them tomorrow armed with copious amounts of tea to sustain me.

If you have a hard copy of your booking, take that with you to the box office on the day.
Can I tactfully ask if your sure you clicked 'receive by post' I know the company I use T***er gives the option to collect on the day.
All this is dependent on whether you actually manage to contact them. Is there an option to e-mail them ?

We booked and paid for show tickets several months ago through a reputable agency. Show is on Friday and tickets haven't arrived so I phoned to check on progress. I keep getting recordings directing me to different internal departmental numbers and saying not to contact them until 3 days before the show. It is 3 days before and I'm going round in circles and still haven't got anywhere!! Premium rate numbers as well.
