I have spent an hour designing a WONDERFUL cake, incorporating chicks, the date, a graphic of a bucket, and the text "FLOOR PAIL" ready to post to you.
Unfortunately, I am not as good with Photoshop as I would like to be, so the final touches were a mess and I had to delete the whole thing! It was past midday by then anyway, so it would not have been valid.

We hoped there'd be many of you who would want a slice of the action, rise to the occasion and apply for the prestigious role of Gransnet Master Baker. In fact the flan was that we would have hundreds and thousands of entries to choose from. Sadly, we were crumbled early on with some of you seeming to be under the impression we it was all an elaborate April Fool's joke!*
*Of course it was but thank you for playing along.
#flourpower to you.
I am surprised you didn't ask for actual samples to be sent, they would have kept you in
for days weeks
If anyone's actually made a cake you are more than welcome to drop it off at HQ today. Afternoon slump tends to hit around 4pm... #hopeful
True or false ?
Did my GS make cakes this morning -- TRUE
Did I tell him GN was joking - I hadn't the heart
Did he throw them out for the birds -- What with a Pompa about, no way
Are GN cruel - most certainly
