Morning all !

Its still dull and grey here in our part of Essex.

We had a couple of brief showers yesterday but the forecast is bad so todays BBQ has been postponed.

We'll be glued to the live feed later to watch our DGD in Dublin for day 2 of the Karate World Championships.

We had planned to go to a local stately home with DD2, SIL and DGC to watch model aircraft show but it's rained so much this week we've cried off. The grounds will be like a bog-no fun for the littlies.

Morning from Oxfordshire, bright-ish and going to be dry.Young DGC arriving soon and we will take them out somewhere and have some lunch, and maybe the play park later.Just put a whole salmon on to cook ( to have cold tomorrow) and am trying to not forget it's in the oven( too pricey to burn!)

Not as dull here in Stockport but still chilly, I had to be really firm with myself last evening and not put the heating on.
Usual day in here today, I am going to start and check my complexion for prison pallor.

Good morning from Colchester which has similar weather to the rest of this week. We had an almighty deluge yesterday afternoon.
Had planned some gardening this afternoon including moving our raised bed. All depends on weather. DD2 and DGs2 are coming to help. He is 14 months old, mud pies anyone?

Good morning all, bright with some cloud and still a little chilly in the shade, about time it warmed up, but then the other week it was so hot it was humid and I hated that. No pleasing me, you know. Not a lot planned today, did notice the windows need a clean, might get round to that. Enjoy your days.

I am going to sort through my wardrobe and pack up some unused clothes for the charity shops today.

It is raining in North Leicestershire at the moment regardless of what it says on the BBC website! The sky is quite grey and miserable which about suits my mood.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Dull and chilly but DRY today in South Yorkshire. We did manage to get a walk in yesterday before the rain came again; I'm so sick of it. Our local river was a torrent the colour of milk chocolate. Not going far today; hoping to do some work in the garden. Have a good day, folks.

Saturday is dry but cloudy at present here in my corner of the Tyne Valley. It's GS 2's 6th birthday today. Hopefully he will get his birthday present delivered by hand. I had to exchange it for a bigger size, he's so tall!
