Go carts made from pram wheels!

It's the pram wheels that you don't see now. I can remember building a soap box cart back in the 50's. The big coach built wheels were prized for the rear with smaller ones at the front. We either steered with our feet or with a rope. There were some hills near Whips Cross that were great.
