You Tube any problem and there is some lovely person guiding you through, it's amazing! At the other end of the scale I am ver ver techy but rubbish at other things so my daughter You Tubes crochet videos and is now a confident chrocheter. grin

My new Samsung G-something-or-other just died on me today. Showed it to my daughter (we were out to lunch) - she diagnosed it as having the "black screen of death".

Me, looking perplexed: "Oh, no!"
Her, unmoved: "YouTube for a hack".

So we did, and found a fair quality home-made video where a young man talks the viewer through a factory reboot, and voila! The phone, she is fixed.

Totes amazeballs.
