Now, here is an example of satisfaction at someone's misfortune. Some years ago DD1 was due to sit her A-level French and was unable to attend. A man burst into the exam hall with a flame thrower and turned it on some of the pupils sitting there, 1 of whom would have been my DD if she had been there. Three of the pupils were seriously injured, including a close friend of DD. He was terribly burnt on his face. The perpetrator was arrested and jailed. While in jail, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer and died not long after. Sorry to all the posters recommending peace, love and forgiveness but I couldn't bring myself to feel sorry! If you had seen that young lad's face........
