What I am talking about is sending money to a Charity instead of money to a child for Birthday or Christmas present.
Personally I already have standing orders for Charity gifts and I also give 'things and books' to Charity shops as well as buying things from them for myself. I do not like being told to send money to Charity instead of treating my grandchildren/nephews and nieces.
I was once asked to give towards 'snow leopards' as they were going extinct, a 'donkey sanctuary', blankets for dogs at a dogs home, and I object because I already give thank you. You cannot gift all Charities can you or you would have nothing left.
What do you think? What would you rather do?
Does anyone have a really simple diet plan?
