I've asked a few friends to tea. I love baking but this isn't Claridges and when I looked for suggestions every site said you must offer sandwiches, scones, several different cakes and pastries. That seems far too much.
So what would you prepare out of that list? My friends are older than me and don't have huge appetites. I don't want to waste a lot of uneaten goodies and can't cook just a few of each.
