I've always wondered really why 3 cycles of IVF are free routinely as it's not really a medical treatment and would save a lot of money if it were scrapped or limited to, say, 1 cycle. I know that's harsh for couples who can't have a family, but in these straightened times it seems reasonable to me. What do other grans think?
