I only wear a watch on holiday!

When I had good eyesight I used to look out of the window, and could see a big clock about 1 mile away.
Not even with glasses can I do that now.

I know exactly what my watch looks like because I spent hours choosing it on line only a couple of weeks ago.

I don't look at my watch. It has a button that tells me the time when I push it. And the date if I push it twice.

Bosch! and I rarely wear a watch.

Oh! There is a second hand!

1)Samsung, it sings me little songs when it finishes the wash.

2)I am not sure how long I have had my watch. I have several nearly identical watches, either bought, given to me or inherited, so when the battery goes, I just pick up one of the others and when the new battery is in place put the previously used watch in the drawer. So I never know the origin of the one I am currently wearing

3) Black Roman numerals and a second hand. I will not accept any other type of watch face.

4) I check it 20 or 30 times a day, whenever I am not in front of the computer, which registers the time at the bottom of the screen.

Dashes to mark the hours and yes it has a second hand.

But then I've had it for 25 years and it was a special, luxury gift so I'm very familiar with it. I only take it off to change the time when we move an hour forward/backward twice a year.

Bosch, and though I am less and less acquainted with my watch these days as it languishes on my bedside table, it has dashes instead of numbers, it has a second hand and a day date calendar. I have had it since they late seventies.

I use watches more as accessories now, always wear one when I go out and about. I wouldn't be able to say though what kind of numerals etc if taken unawares.

I put on my watch as soon as I get out of bed and look at it very often, though I have a clock in every room.
Yes, I know what my watch face looks like and which make all my appliances are.
What I don't know is anybody's house number or post code nor the surnames of most of my neighbour's.
