OK - whose got them!!

In each room in our house we have a pen pot which also contains a pair of scissors and an emery board. At least that’s how I arranged it. So why are there only pencils and pens which don’t work in them? Where have the scissors (and good pens) gone?

And where is the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle we finished yesterday?

I was clearing up today after some decorating upstairs and I found three pairs of scissors (and the proper wallpaper scissors). Maybe your missing pair is one of those?

Yep - it will be the ghost - that's the only logical explanation - have a word perhaps he/she/it will put them back for you

I think St. Anthony must be on an extended tea break Jalima because they haven't appeared yet. I have always thought my house had a friendly ghost but he has been quiet for a number of years, perhaps he has decided he doesn't want me to move and so is making life difficult for me.

Are they in the box of cables which jump about and get all tangled when you are not looking?

I passed them to St Anthony and if you ask him where they are he may tell you

We have around 8 pairs of scissors in this house but when required they have usually all gone AWOL.

I blame various cartoons which have given them the idea that they can all walk or run about on tip toe using their pair of legs.

Or are they in the first box?
