Do you feel old?

I am organising my 80th birthday celebrations - the whole family will be together in a big self-catering house (and I do mean BIG) but I don't know who this strange woman is who will be 80. It can't be me.

Turned 70 a month ago and generally I don't feel old.
However today my hip has been very painful and this is a new and unwelcome experience! Normally once I 'm up and about I have no problem but today it just hasn't. It has slowed me down, cut short a shopping trip and I cancelled drinks with DD2 this evening!!
That makes me feel old, not the 70 label!
