Flipping heck - you lot!! Do you wait until I'm busy and then run around 'doing stuff' just to make it difficult for me to catch up?
GD - ouch! I suspect that will hurt for a while - take it easy. Maybe join Maw under her duvet and I can lend you a small warm child who has no bugs but is not allowed back to school till tomorrow (Elf and safety!!)
Nonna, I forgot a pedicure a few weeks ago - it was ages before she could fit me in again!
I'm tempted to have my flu jab in the village pharmacy, grannygravy rather than trek to town for it but, last year, our surgery put up rather sstern signs in the waiting room saying that we were depriving them of revenue if we did that - so we didn't. We have just booked a few days in Suffolk - we go to Aldeburgh as often as possible. We are going in November with the aim of just watching the sea and eating and drinking!
soop, I'm glad you are feeling better and sorry that you are struggling with technology. Hopefully time in your studio will be calming. I am sad that we haven't heard from MrPanache.
gq, I am sure your were right to stick to your guns. DH has a bit of a tendency towards 'make do and mend' but it makes we think of old people and I am not going down that route!!
N&G, you should open a shop of give lessons. A friend of DS1 has actually done both those things. She has a tiny craft shop and either gives demonstrations and classes herself or invites other crafts people in to do the same.
I'm so chuffed, the florist in the village is about to start doing flower arranging classes and I am on the list.
I'm sorry if I've missed anyone - just don't move for a while and I'll catch up.
