Sorry to hear about the tooth Corner - my worst nightmare. I found a youtube video of the techniques for relieving sinus pain and there are 4 or 5 pressure spots and surprisingly it seems to have worked.

I went down with a bit of a bump yesterday but I'm finally feeling much better ( unlike the weather which has brought grey, dark skies, wind and rain!!)

Put the football on Ann , maybe that will settle him today. You can always offload here, you know we care x

The boys are coming to lay the base for the West Wing tomorrow so I am very excited. I shall say this quietly..... Ive started my Christmas shopping !!!

SO Sorry I am the very last it would seem to pop by and offer my hearty congrats to the Lester family and most especially young Wolfgang!! What a name to live up to and I am sure he will grow into it and be very proud of his name.

My days and nights do get somewhat mixed of late but you can bet I will trail along somewhere and eventualy arrive amongst you in the kitchen.

So much to read and digest but I will skip most today if you don`t mind,still recoveing from the real battering of Storm Callum.
However I can never leave the room without giving our ann the biggest hug, as I truly feel your inner pain as this long saga becomes utterly so unbearable.I only wish I had the means to make things better, but dear lady can but send my love and hope beyond hope that your plight will soon be rectified.Life can be so very unfair.

kitty congratulation to all the lester clan on the birth of a beautiful baby boy! Wolf/Wolfie/Wolfgang are becoming more popular so he will fit in quite well. He is the third baby I have heard of named 'Wolf' or variations of in the last 18 months! I've grown quite fond of the name by now!! .
To all others with ills, aches, pains and troubles, keep strong and positive and enjoy each day.

ann please do not worry about us= we are pleased to help in any small way. If our positions were reversed I would be in prison because I do not have the temperament and perseverance that you have- not any longer.

ann it is an excellent idea to keep a diary as suggested by NfkDumpling. I know you are exhausted but it need not be every detail that you write down but notes as an aide- memoire for yourself. It is surprising how such small notes can jog your memory and enable you to justify your need for help. You shouldn't have to fight but you do and so you need your ammunition to hand!
I was spitting feathers about what your doctor said to you and did not do for you. What part of the description of your situation did she even listen to - if any! I would be complaining to the local health board about her and copying in other agencies too. It is time to beat your drum! Can you see another doctor?

Congratulations to the Lesters! My DH send felicitations to the father of Wolfgang - they are work colleagues. Small world eh?! Go the Wolves!

Ann you are a saint having to cope with such mental wearing down by your DH. Maybe I shouldn't say this but is their any chance he can move to a Care Home ? Your mental health is being badly affected and it's not fair. Hope I haven't overstepped the mark.

Do you keep a diary Ann? A journal? I was able to come home most nights so never was under the strain you are but I found when caring for my parents it helped a lot to unload onto paper and also meant there was a written record of what happened, when and what was said when fighting to get help for them (and indirectly me). It gave ammunition when dealing with different agencies - I think having a written record scared them.

Oh Ann I know what you are suffering , there must be more help for you ((((((((((hugs)))))))))))

It makes me sad to think that days like these are characterising your time together, however long or short that may be.

I just need to vent and say my H is lucky to have survived today intact.
From 7am he has mithered and questioned everything.
He has asked every 5 minutes what I am doing, what are we eating , where are we eating, what am I doing on the tablet etc,etc, etc.
He didnt like the joggers I dressed him in, he moaned about them all day and he had generally p....d me off.
Ok I have got all that off my chest, thank goodness for GN, I can do things on here I cant do anywhere else or with anyone else. Thank you for being there.

Grumpy corner-land here today, suffice it to say the tooth may not last until Thursday. Mr C will be very pleased when it stops hurting. Didn’t manage the fish and chips today , next week for sure.

Oh dear greyd, frustrating or what? It is worth a chat with the supplier, we went back to ours when a toilet issue emerged, it was out of warranty but they provided the spare part without charge. Love those photos, is it me or are the most beautiful mushrooms the most poisonous?

Just popped back and there’s not only a photo but a name too, what a beauty he is kitty. You did indeed warn us, it could have been very much worse! I actually met a very charming man recently called Wofgang, he’s also goes by Wolfie in everyday life, I’ll think of your little lad when I meet him next!

It has been like summer here today, very warm- I even sat out for a few minutes after I had hung out my washing.

I have a lovely local fish and chips about 15 minutes walk away. I always order haddock because it is never cooked in advance, I have to wait but I do not mind.
