A Melb. radio station recently postulated that if your local Council said you were an EP, and it would create a statue in your honour, whilst you're still alive, what form would you prefer, e.g. standing, sitting, on horseback etc.,; where would you put it and what inscription would suit you? One lady suggested putting her husband's statue on the pavement outside his favourite pub, but that was ruled out of order because of Council's attitude towards the demon drink. 
I think I'd go for the local railway station; plenty of viewers, but no idea of my inscription yet.

Btw Annie; what are they doing about your weather? Yesterday it rained on Cardiff City's football in more ways than one! 5-0 and every one looking miserable under their ponchos. The more things change, the more they stay the same!
Why would there be Welsh road signs in England ?
Annie; No reason! No Welsh places I suppose, apart from Stonehenge which you've said a while back you're planning to steal back.
Although when I was last in Wales, about 60 years ago, all the road signs also had an English translation to help all non-Welsh speaking tourists.
The language here is "Strine", which can be just as incomprehensible as Welsh to an Englishman, that is!.

Of course! Any fool knows that, including this one; it means "the cupboard under the stairs", although why anyone, other than Annie, would want to shove me into one, makes me think I've done a wrong somewhere else. Must watch my back! 
Another magic moment, courtesy of Google's translator, was a clip of a Welsh TV weather man trying to give the temp for that place with the long name. It would have changed by at least 5C by the time he got it out!
Btw; We lived in Slough during WW2 which had become a mini-Wales when Welsh people migrated there because of the Depression, but they didn't create any fresh road signs; they assimilated quite well.

Annie and Jalima; Sorry, but neither of you have answered the question. I know that the Welsh language exists (just look at the road signs) and I know I wasn't very smart, Jalima, in not checking e-Bay first, but all the countries listed by Annie have universal as well as national application.
They can be heard all over Melb.
They call it serendipity; but I discovered some rather funny pidgin Welsh on Google translator. My microwave now has a new name; something, something "ping!"
