I originally voted REMAIN as I thought that was the best option for our country. However I believe in democracy and fully accepted that the people, as a whole voted to Leave. It doesn’t matter if the majority was 0.5% or 30.5%, Leave won the day. I do not think there should be another vote but, if there is I will vote LEAVE, as will a considerable number of my family and friends, who also believe in Democracy! What happens if another vote says Leave as well, do we try a third time, to get the CORRECT vote! The excuse that we didn’t know the facts and things have changed is bollocks!
If this leads to a General Election, I do hope the constituents remember their current MP’s actions, in whether they have supported the choice their Constituency made, or whether the MP felt that (s)he could ignore the opinions and wishes of those who elected him/her to power to carry out their wishes.
