Giraffe vegetarian breakfast

I add smoked paprika to mashed avocado. No idea if this is what Giraffe do, put perhaps some lemon juice?

No it wasn't avocado smash. We had sweetcorn fritters, avocado, baked beans, eggs and sourdough toast. Thanks for all your help. I'll experiment.

Under veggie brekkies:
Chilli, parsley, roasted vine tomatoes served on toasted sourdough bread with smashed avocado topped with a fried egg.

I looked at the list of ingredients. Wonder if it was the chilli flakes that gave it the slight kick?

And a sprinkling of chilli flakes.

I have had their veggie breakfast.

I would roughly mash a ripe avocado mix with a little lime juice and then add freshly ground salt and black pepper to taste ??? enjoy.

We haven't got one near us. We'll have to book another holiday and go back to the airport!

Liz, haven't had this, but it sounds like just mash up the avocado with a fork and add lime juice to taste,,,,,
