I wasn't sure where to put this, as it concerns my John Lewis account.
This morning, I found an email from them, in an old email address account. This is regarding new measure that are to be put in place if you buy something on line. They will send you a one time code to your phone. Almost exactly a year ago, I updated my details to them, I noted the date, and it would appear that they still have my old email address to use. I checked on my account, and the new details are there. Do they ever check?

I don't know/ haven't found a setting in my old email. I can physically forward them, when I see them!. But I am not confident in delving into settings etc. But I did advise JL of my new email address, I checked in my details, they just used the old one.
