Fascinating watching the new generations growing up. From children in the 60’s grandchildren in the 80/90s and now greatgrandees from 2000’s . Life has changed so much.
I fear for their future the way this world is turning and the idiots supposedly in charge. ?

Me too, I now have 5 GGC they are 5,yrs, 4yrs, 2yrs, 5 mths and 10 wks old they are all amazing and I’m so privileged to be here to see them start on life’s journey but I do fear what the future holds for them.

And me with 7.
13 yr old twins--boy and girl.
11 yr old girl
9 yr old boy
6yr old girl
4 yr old girl
3 yr old boy.

To say nothing of the step-family who I've lost count with.

I have just been told I’m going to go a great grandmother at 63
Embarrassed to admit I have mixed feelings, as it’s making me feel so old

My cousin became a great great grandmother in her late seventies. She became a great grandmother in her fifties.

No I haven’t but I admit to being relieved to hear someone else expressing concern about babies being born in these troubled times.
I have not said it before as it seems so awful to be saying such things when it is such a happy event to families.
I was born in 1937 and I suppose then and during the war people were saying the same things.
