On the carers group I was very touched by a post that starts
"1.30 am and my mind is racing and I am overwhelmed."
It made me wonder how many other sleepless, worried GN's need a listening ear, or some company, when they feel most alone in the wee small hours.
If there was a forum called Nightbirds they might find each other , for some company.
