If you are angry write it all down, by but don’t send it, I find this really works.

Don’t go onto the Internet when you are drunk.

If you want to talk piffle, and discover the meaning of life, you're better off downing a bottle of *whiskey - At least that way you're unconscious before you start to take yourself seriously.
