I want to ask if anyone has any ideas to help my Granddaughter cope with the dread of going back to school. She is only 3 and is not sleeping well, waking up crying and is now nervous about going out.

Hi. How come she’s at school at only 3? Also why does she have to go ? Are her parents key workers ?

Her parents must have instilled a feeling of dread in her and have not handled the situation well at all.

No 3 year old should be feeling like that if the adults around her had handled the situation correctly.

Alexa you could try without the dot after the com. I know GN puts a dot there in their 'contact us' bit, but it's very unusual for there to be one.
