Following bodmas you do the multiplication first so 19 x 2 is 38
Then add your 5

Voilà

[I did the working out before I read anyone else's answer and am delighted to have got it right! Yippee!]

I did get it wrong initially, as I did not do what I always taught my pupils. Stop and think about it, before rushing in.
I love maths puzzles and others did get the answer before me.
