I stumbled across a mainly US forum where it appears to be a known fact that Meghan Markle is actually 45, used a rubber fake pregnancy bump and Archie is a rubber doll. If the latter theory proves to be true it will knock Tiny Tears for a six.

I’ve only seen Daniel Craig’s 007 and enjoyed it more than I expected. Would be happy with Sean Bean as long as he is wearing his Sharpe get up and not the priest’s cassock from the last series I saw him in.

Definitely the wet markets in Wuhan, Bats, Pangolins and what some of the Chinese are eating. Probably not just in China.

As one of the lunatics I think a conspiracy theory that is obviously really far fetched is fun. Other theories are merely speculation and should be squashed down whenever we see them.

Does it matter that the Chinese eat foods that are different to other people? I don't see how their cuisine has led to this situation.

However it started, if only China had told the world sooner perhaps it wouldn’t have escalated so much.

I think Firecracker is nearer the truth. In an overpopulated country that eats anything that moves and with animal experimentation something was waiting to happen.
Sadly we are in for a horrible few months as we are in uncharted territory. I cannot see a plausible end until we have a reliable vaccine some time next year.

The internet has now provided every whacko with a voice. Conspiracy theories, false news etc. The lunatics have surely taken over the asylum.

After it all over Americavwill bring out the film.They will have found the vaccine and Tom Hank will have saved the world

Theoddbird We cannot protect all the people all the time. If everyone who was perceived as vulnerable to anything was immediately protected from it, we would all be left living a life of total ignorance , which would feed all the conspiracies we would then make up under the cloud.

I would suggest however,that the people most likely to believe these conspiracies are not the vulnerable but the deliberately ignorant who find pursuing ludicrous conspiracy theories makes them feel special because it scares other people.

I hope some people find conspiracy theories funny. I just find them annoying.

I'm convinced this virus has been circulating for a very long time before we were told about it.
As with BSE I know for a fact it was around for at least 2 years infecting people before we 'discovered' it. My friend was training as an environmental health officers and being taught about it. But it would have crippled the farmers and beef industry so they didn't publish it until many people were infected. Same now

The problem with this type of post is that there are a lot of vulnerable people reading it now who will go into more of a panic mode than they were already in. I actually think it should be removed....
