It was so nice of you to respond to our concerns gilly under difficult conditions.

I have sat on my backside all day with this leg and it is easing after many applications of ice. DH went shopping and came back with 4 things, none of which were in the list. But he got Crumpets? he has gone running now and assured me he has plans for dinner.

Yes, that was a nasty accident to have, Scentia. Little children are allowed to fall off bicycles, but adults tend to get hurt if they do. Hope it feels better soon, lots of ice packs and some pain killers and leg up and rest. Let your OH take the strain?

Thank you for responding, gilly - you can see you had us all worried. Please don't forget that you can deal with anything.....you already have and you will again. So please come back when you've dried your tears, had a rest and are back in the saddle again.
