Listen some upbeat music whilst whizzing around with the duster.
Or listen to an audiobooks whilst doing a bit of weeding.

If you really cba then a walk or some online excercise.

I’ve written myself ‘Why don’t you?” notes sometimes.

Why don’t you put the Italian an CD on?
Why don’t you sow those seeds?
Why don’t you do the ironing?

It’s a bit gentler and I find myself saying, Yes, why not?

I guess “you” means we’re lazy sods that need someone else to motivate us?

Set them as targets.

Get up.
Get dressed
Open the curtains.
Make breakfast.
Eat breakfast.
Wash up.
Tidy the living room
and so on.

Make the targets simple . Don't put 'do some housework' as it's too non specific and don't give yourself too many targets to achieve each day. Most of all don't beat yourself up if you don't achieve all your targets every day.

I don't write to myself on any subject as I know perfectly well that if I did, I would ignore me/you/I.
Only do things when it's crucial or impacts your comfort if you don't do whatever.
Otherwise, simply procrastinate. There is no joy in enslaving yourself to a list.

I am with GabriellaG54, we are in strange times, do as you please when you please.......
