Boris has a son ???

trisher Thu 30-Apr-20 22:03:07

Annie you raised it by saying they had behaved in the same ways. I listed Boris's adulterous affairs. There is no evidence that Corbyn had any or that he sired children to other women while married. That's all. I thought you had religious beliefs isn't adultery a sin?

Anniebach Thu 30-Apr-20 21:31:18

trisher if not about sex and marriage why your list of sex
and marriage ?

Slavish hero worship ? Surely not again, we went through over
4 years of that with Corbyn.

He didn’t lie, he made mistakes ?.

trisher Thu 30-Apr-20 19:45:54

I'm so tired of saying it is not about the sex or the marriages. It is about trust, loyalty and honesty. It is about castigating single parents and working mothers whilst being a lousy father. It is about a lack of principles and beliefs so that you will say or do anything to gratify your own desires. In his personal and public life Boris has shown time and time again that he cannot be trusted, he shifts when the wind blows, he adopts whatever policies he thinks will advance him. He is in fact a liar and a charlatan. Quite what this will result in for the future I fear to imagine. If the slavish hero worship exhibited on GN is an example of the general feeling in the country, with Dominic Cummings directing this man, I fear for democracy.

GabriellaG54 Thu 30-Apr-20 19:26:06

That was to everyone. There will always be people who don't agree with the way you conduct your private life.
It's your own affair.
If I like or vote for an individual, their private life is of no interest after all, we don't get to hear the other side of the story.

GabriellaG54 Thu 30-Apr-20 19:22:12

It's a good job that your private lives are not known to all your friends, colleagues, aquaintances and us on GN then, isn't it?

maddyone Thu 30-Apr-20 18:56:56

Jabberwok
Quite.

And no more than I would have expected from yourself trisher. Perhaps you should take a chill pill.

Jabberwok Thu 30-Apr-20 18:54:26

Frankly I couldn't care less about the private lives of people I don't know. There are always more to these things than meets the eye and frankly it's not for outsiders to pass judgement over things by know little about and which is none of their business.

trisher Thu 30-Apr-20 18:41:39

Really well what should I have expected. Some can't see the difference between a serial adulterer who kept being accepted back by his wife and a series of relationships that did not overlap? It's not about the sex or the relationships it is about trust and loyalty.
The abortion was written about by his mistress.

maddyone Thu 30-Apr-20 18:41:06

Jabberwok
Completely agree.
How on earth would anyone know or even care if someone they don’t know had an abortion? People don’t normally announce it to the press! I agree with MissAdventure
how very shocking!
I’ve really never heard such a lot of rubbish. Yes GillT I’m astounded too. Astounded that anyone cares!

Jabberwok Thu 30-Apr-20 18:32:47

For heaven sake, I doubt very much that he forced himself on anyone! If so we would assuredly have heard about it! Consenting adults can always say no! It takes two to make a bargain!!!

Jabberwok Thu 30-Apr-20 18:25:47

Surely it's not a competition as to who had the most wives (dead heat-probably!) most mistresses, children in and out of wedlock. Abortions? who knows ?!! not something you'd announce! I think Boris's first marriage ended in divorce not annulment! Boris is naughtier by a whisker, but much much prettier!

GillT57 Thu 30-Apr-20 18:23:25

Yet again, I am astounded at the hilarity and flippant comments made about this man. He is excused, indulged, a lot of whataboutery and red herrings about Corbyn. Well I can say I would be very upset if he became a part of my family, became involve with my DD or GD, so at least I don't have double standards. The man is a tomcat, a liar, and completely untrustworthy but hey, he is 'good old Boris'. Give me strength. Oh, and before I get jumped on; I wish the new baby well.

MissAdventure Thu 30-Apr-20 18:03:09

Oh, of course, an abortion.
How very shocking, because nobody else has ever had one.

maddyone Thu 30-Apr-20 16:39:20

Personally I think it’s very similar. How on earth does anyone know how many affairs anyone else is supposed to have had anyway? I know JC had an affair with DA because it’s well documented. I know BJ had an affair with someone because he had a child with whoever it was. Other than that, three marriages each (once Boris marries Carrie) and one affair each that’s known about.
Actually I don’t think it matters one jot. It’s nothing to do with me, or anyone else. If people want to vote for JC or BJ as Prime Minister they can do, and did do, when we had the election. It appears people weren’t too bothered because both of them were returned to Parliament.

BlueSky Thu 30-Apr-20 16:29:29

Boris is definitely naughtier! But perhaps that's why he's popular!

trisher Thu 30-Apr-20 16:24:24

Not much difference Annie! That's not a nice way to refer to 6 children, one of whom is illegitimate. Oh and an abortion of course.
And let's get things right Corbyn 1st wife 1974-1979
After that an affair with DA
2nd wife 1987-1999
3rd wife met after divorce married 2013
3 children to 2nd marriage

BJ 1st marriage annulled 1983 , 5 weeks later 1st child born to 2nd wife
2003-2004 Affair
2006 Affair
2009 Illegitimate daughter born to another affair.
2018 began relationship with Carrie
2019 Divorced
2020 child
So let's not accuse Corbyn of behaving the way BJ has because it simply isn't true.

FlorenceN Thu 30-Apr-20 16:21:51

Congratulations to them both on the birth of their son!

Callistemon Thu 30-Apr-20 16:18:37

Just the hair, really, then.

Anniebach Thu 30-Apr-20 14:59:23

Callistemon ?

Not really much difference between the two men if Johnson
marries his fiancée.

3 wives each, the 3rd Mrs quite a few years younger ,
both had children with the 2nd Mrs. both had affairs when
married to the 2nd Mrs.

Doubt the one 3rd Mrs wanted a baby at 42, but the other 3rd
Mrs did at 32.

Callistemon Thu 30-Apr-20 14:53:03

It's the blond hair wink

Although Jeremy's is lovely too.

MissAdventure Thu 30-Apr-20 14:46:09

Perhaps he is very fertile wink

Callistemon Thu 30-Apr-20 14:44:33

certainly didn't involve as many offspring

Perhaps more women wanted baby Borises than wanted baby Jeremies

Just a thought.

Anniebach Thu 30-Apr-20 14:42:40

Always the same Sparkle , I think it’s a game for trisher

Sparklefizz Thu 30-Apr-20 14:31:16

You are being disingenuous, but life is generally too stressful to argue with you, so I'm done.

trisher Thu 30-Apr-20 13:13:04

I would like to know why Trisher feels it is perfectly ok to be extremely critical of Boris's behaviour, but not for GNetters to criticise Harry & Meghan's behaviour.
I answer the way I am addressed-not really a polite question is it?
