Boris has a son ???

Lucca Wed 29-Apr-20 17:44:06

Just read this thread, um.....how did corbyn appear in this ? What is the relevance ?

Anniebach Wed 29-Apr-20 17:40:03

Surely abortion is ‘the woman’s choice ‘

Anniebach Wed 29-Apr-20 17:38:59

No children doesn’t mean no sex .

The 2nd Mrs Corbyn was pregnant with Corbyn’s child before
she had divorced her first husband.

MissAdventure Wed 29-Apr-20 17:34:30

I know quite a lot of people in that boat, and they were all innocent little babies, just like the Boris baby is.

Callistemon Wed 29-Apr-20 17:28:28

Even in the 1870s, 1900s etc too, if anyone belongs to a genealogical site, they may find some surprises in their family history MissA

MissAdventure Wed 29-Apr-20 17:18:50

Probably some illigitimate ones too! blush

MissAdventure Wed 29-Apr-20 17:14:45

I'm sure there are plenty (even on gransnet!) who have illigitate children in their families.

Really, who cares? It's not the 1920s.

suziewoozie Wed 29-Apr-20 16:55:00

FFS annie perhaps you could tell us the age of JC’s child with his now wife? Perhaps you could tell us of how he started an affair with his now wife whilst the one before was having cancer treatment?Perhaps you could tell us of the multiple affairs he had during the marriage that produced children? The pregnancies, miscarriage, abortion and child he tried to hide?

trisher Wed 29-Apr-20 16:41:56

JeniferEccles are there really still people who don'tknow about Boris and his paternity problems (I realise he doesn't know but I thought everyone else did!) (It's 5 legitimate, 1 illegitimate and 1 abortion by the way)-all overlapping relationships..
merlotgran this baby is going to have to be pretty robust anyway given the family connections and his father's infidelities so a few comments from strangers shouldn't be hard to handle.
I sympathise with this baby and wonder how long Carrie will last. If I was her I'd be keeping an eye on all his younger associates. He has a track record.

BlueSky Wed 29-Apr-20 15:59:26

That's right Annie what's good for the geese is good for gander! grin

BlueBelle Wed 29-Apr-20 15:36:58

Bloody hell if you said the sun was bright someone would say but Corbyn got in the way and made a shadow ?

Anniebach Wed 29-Apr-20 15:32:47

Corbyn is old enough to be the 3rd Mrs Corbyn’s father

MawB Wed 29-Apr-20 15:11:50

Ssshh!
You’ll wake the baby!

BlueSky Wed 29-Apr-20 14:13:32

Exactly Callistemon and Merlotgran !

merlotgran Wed 29-Apr-20 14:02:38

How can people be “delighted” that someone they’ve never met, who has such a murky past, has fathered another child?

watermeadow, A baby won't be able to read comments like yours but one day he will be old enough. One day he will go to school and mix with children who will be old enough to comment. They will learn about the days of coronavirus. His birth is a small part of the story.

I hope he will never have to read cruel and unkind comments made by people who will never know him.

JenniferEccles Wed 29-Apr-20 13:47:59

So who are these ‘many children by many women’ then watermeadow ?

Do tell us as you are obviously well informed.

Callistemon Wed 29-Apr-20 13:43:43

It would be a strange world if we all just stomped around in isolated fury
grin
whatever floats some people's boats, Sussexborn

I am not ecstatic but am pleased that a young woman has been successfully delivered of her child after what must have been a very worrying time and I hope that both she and the baby are healthy.
It is news because this is our PM, his partner and child.

Sussexborn Wed 29-Apr-20 13:39:46

Some of us are obviously more inclusive and invested in society as a whole, I guess. It would be a strange world if we all just stomped around in isolated fury.

watermeadow Wed 29-Apr-20 13:31:43

He’s old enough to be her father and already has many children by many women, who he never mentions.
How can people be “delighted” that someone they’ve never met, who has such a murky past, has fathered another child?

BlueSky Wed 29-Apr-20 13:06:24

Congratulations! Yes either the baby was early or they gave us the wrong dates on purpose.

Yogadatti Wed 29-Apr-20 12:51:26

I agree with GillT57.

JenniferEccles Wed 29-Apr-20 12:48:03

I am sure one reason why we are delighted at the news of the safe arrival of the baby is because it was touch and go as to whether Boris would survive his encounter with the virus.

He was obviously very sick so I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t be very pleased for them both.

Jabberwok Wed 29-Apr-20 12:26:00

Because a new baby is a joyful event particularly in these troubled times!

Jabberwok Wed 29-Apr-20 12:23:47

May, not my!!

Jabberwok Wed 29-Apr-20 12:22:59

Someone else pointed out that the date could have been deliberately vague. A definite date would have had the press constantly harassing them when all they wanted was some peace. Keeping the media at bay my have been a clever ploy! If so, good for them!
