As far as my own experience is concerned, talking to an individual who is working from working from home is not great or even good as connections and clarity are dreadful.

Why would employers guilt people into going in, if they are successfully working from home? That wouldn’t make any sense.

Workers are encouraged to drive, cycle or walk.
We can drive to other places and socialise with family only, but still keeping social distancing.

Those who cannot work from home are back at work as long as those workplaces satisfy unions and employees that Covid distancing and sanitising are in place.
Those who can work from home but could go into work, can do so if they and their employers agree.

Go back to work tomorrow, but not on public transport. How do jobs get Covid clearance? But increased fines for not being socially distanced?? Then there's that scale thing. We were 4 but now a high 3. I think that it's very muddled.

Apart from being able to drive somewhere to exercise and being bale to go to work if we are unable to work from home, much the same as now.
I feel sorry for those whose Employers will guilt them into trying to get into the office, by bike or car, whether or not they are working from home successfully.
