Aldom you don't have to go to the last page, anything you post with automatically appear as the last/most recent post on the thread!

Welcome Keeley. I am inclined to agree with you. I do not intend getting on a bus or tube anytime soon. I do drive but only locally so at least I can go to supermarkets.

The plus is I must be saving money as I am not going out for lunch and/or coffees or browsing the shops, seeing something I must have!

Hello, does anyone feel like me. It’s great news that more &more places are opening up but unless you have your own transport, you still cannot go to places. I don't feel safe enough to use public transport yet. This is making me feel even more isolated at present.

Hello everyone who is new to us. Search around through the active threads to see if there's something of interest to you and jump straight in! Always good to hear different opinions and perspectives, so welcome.

Hello Jazlady. I'm quite new too. Been a lurker for longer. Anyway welcome from me. Charleygirl is very good at helping get started. I'm sure she will be on the thread soon to give you advice. But in the meantime, go to Gransnet Forums. Chats is where you find Good morning Gransnet. That's a gentle thread for starters. Otherwise click on topics of interest, and add your post, but you need to go to the last page of the thread before writing, otherwise it is lost in the middle. You will soon get the hang of how GN works by playing about. Hope you like it here. Good luck, best wishes. ???

Hi everyone, I've just signed up so am completely green as to how I go about using Gransnet. I'm not very technical I'm afraid, so any help would be lovely.

Hi charleygirl, this is more for people who haven't registered yet. So those who come on occasionally to read the threads but haven't signed up yet to post or receive the newsletter. smile

Welcome Craftylady there are many sites to try and the vast majority of GNs are very pleasant.

Hello ladies, I have just come across your site and decided it was just what I needed. I am looking forward to some friendly faces and useful advice and maybe just to share some news, good and bad. This is my first post so would like to say a very good day to all of you out there xx
