Life in 5 months??

I keep getting emails from the coach company that I used to regularly travel with. They are tempting me with lovely short breaks for next year. I do so want to book one up, but of course I can't as I don't know whats going to happen next year.

If washing hands, wearing masks and avoiding other people protects us from this virus, presumably they will protect us from all viruses? So in theory, we need never catch another cold or flu, or anything else which is infectious.

Lets stay hopeful.

I think we are all wondering the same.

If, and it is a big if , an effective vaccine has been developed by the winter we obviously will be in a much better situation, but there is also research going on into the possibility of using drugs already in existence to aid recovery from the virus.

I guess we can watch the progress of other countries ahead of us to see how they fare.
