Used to love listening to the late Terry Wogan while driving. What is it about the Irish voice?

schnackie Mon 10-Aug-20 10:06:21

Another Paul O'Grady fan. I could listen to him and his stories for hours.

Neil Oliver - he'd be really knowledgeable as well!

Peter Kay - a share, please - or Patrick Grant (all to myself!)

Michael Ball for me - except that my car’s a bit small and he has got a bit big lately!

Marmight Mon 10-Aug-20 11:37:50

Has to be 2! Brothers, Robert & David Nicholson from This Week on the Farm.

As George Clooney is already ‘taken’ I’ll have Lee Mack please ! He has me in hysterics in Would I Lie To You And the road trip would be a hoot I’m sure grin

Thecatshatontgemat Mon 10-Aug-20 11:49:28

That lovely American, Bill Bryson.

Moggycuddler Mon 10-Aug-20 11:49:52

I'll have Chris Hemsworth please. If he's not available I'll have Hugh Jackman. Trouble is, I'm sure they'd both ditch ME at the side of the road at the first available opportunity! But I can dream.

Azalea99 Mon 10-Aug-20 11:53:53

Donald Trump. He’d be gagged and tied up and in the boot.

Larissa67 Mon 10-Aug-20 12:04:00

Liam Nesson..he wouldn't need to talk much. I'd just look at him and sigh. And if we encountered any trouble he'd be the man to sort it out.

Kim19 Mon 10-Aug-20 12:16:55

Giles Brandreth for me please.

Davida1968 Mon 10-Aug-20 12:40:20

Love this, Azalea99!

BBbevan Mon 10-Aug-20 12:45:27

Robert Jamison , the architect. I think he would have a lot of very interesting things to say about alternative living. And I like his hair !!!

Kate1949 Mon 10-Aug-20 12:46:34

If Mr Bublé isn't available, I'll take James Martin, the chef.

farview Mon 10-Aug-20 12:53:36

Brilliant choices ..
Moggycuddler my son in Australia often sees your choice, took photos of my granddaughters with him once?

Peardrop50 Mon 10-Aug-20 13:08:19

If we’re talking good company and laughter I’ll take Paul O’Grady but if we’re talking sex it’ll have to be Hugh Jackman.
