Apart from wearing a scoop neck jumper that could be pulled down I have no other ideas. Is this what is known as 'giving someone the cold shoulder' grin

My doctors' surgery is going to undertake doing flu jabs in their car park. In their words 'so wear appropriate clothing for the weather and so that you can easily expose one shoulder'!
A trench coat and an evening gown perhaps?
Any suggestions?
