Good Morning all, it’s dark and very blustery and wet here but forecast to improve slightly later on . The rain is keeping the security lights on. , seems less miserable so I left them
Another aimless day ahead , I need to make a birthday card , all the stuff is still out on the table from the last make , well something seems to go missing if I put it all away .... my excuse !
Managed to sleep till 6 this morning , but 8 would be nicer ?
Kettle boiled so good wishes to all missing and all poorly posters xxx

Good morning, everyone, from a peaceful corner of Torbay on a very still day.

Five years ago today, I married my DH in a memorable ceremony in Cockington, a picturesque village near Torquay, where we also had our reception in a nearby hostelry, designed by Edwin Lutyens, The Drum. DH is in France (his main home) where lockdown restarts today. We shall “see” each other on Zoom later as I'm having lunch at a friend's house. Our semi detached (as described by my Vicar!) marriage works for us.

Wishing everyone with problems some relief and a good day to all.

Good Morning all from East Staffordshire. Dry and fairly mild but promised rain later.
We were told last night it is inevitable we will be in Teir 2 by the weekend. Nothing that wasn’t expected and I am sure if people don’t follow rules the whole country will follow soon after.
Had a lovely day with DD and DGS yesterday and we were planning our walks for the next few months as I was sure we were going into another teir so I won’t be able to go in her house. I think I can still care for my DGS in our house if needs be though.
Factory today, with some final deliveries to end the month and then this afternoon DD and I are off to view a double pram that we saw on marketplace.
I feel the weeks are shooting past and cannot believe it is 7 months since we went into lockdown. I have plans to do some repairs on chairs this weekend but they have hydraulic pumps on them do I don’t hold out much hope for a successful outcome???

Morning Mick, morning All. No idea what it’s doing outside, too dark to get out of bed. Rain forecast is all I can tell you. Suspect a grumpy day ahead in corner-land, sleep was totally elusive for me. Mr C on the other hand slept like the proverbial baby and will be full,p of get up and go. How unfair is that? Your thought about plants might encourage a quick trip to our nearest garden centre grandMattie. You’re right, anything flowering is cheering. Please take care everyone, have the best day you can.

Good morning from a dark E Kent. We are promised much rain + thunderstorms. Does nothing for the spirits.
Well done, Mick, that’s a really good idea to stock up on Presents.
A *Marydoll” empty today. Might drop in to see a friend after our walk. Market day, might get flowers or plants. The ones already in the garden cheer me up.
For those in pain, sorrow or sadness, I hope today brings some relief, everyone else, have a good day. Stay safe.

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but its dry outside , with no wind at the moment here in Brackley .
Today , my usual trips via Buckingham to Bicester and back, tempted to start to xmas presents slowly over next few weeks as that period this year seems unpredictable as to things .
Take Care,
Mick
