I bought Mindfulness and Meditation, with uplifting monthly quotes.

"Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it.
What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside."

Like lots on here, I use by Gmail Calendar - and have it linked to my phone, so I can keep track when away from my PC. Very useful for when making arrangements.

However, I DO like a picture calendar for the living room. This year, I've bought one from the Fan Club of my favourite band.

Any Scots among us - and perhaps a few others - will know of Runrig (especially Riggie wink). They may have retired, but I can look at them every day this year grin.

Yesterday I ordered a European one for the kitchen, and a British desk top one, with different places for every day of the year. It's nice to be able to look at different places as I'm unable to go anywhere at the moment.

None - I print my own

Haven't bought a calendar for years. Use technology for recording events and reminders.

Urmstongran

We have this one every year, a wall planner, with a gorgeous photo each month.

My stepfather’s house is in Plockton (been in the family for just over a hundred years and he’s in the process of selling it to his second cousin). This year his house is there on the front cover. A beautiful village - we all hope to visit again next year!

I love Plockton, Urmstongran, but haven't managed to visit for a few years .......................... maybe when Scotland is open to all again wink.

I bought a Deco family planner for the kitchen and Gary Barlow for my bedroom.

I have hung up the free one from a homes and interiors magazine which is quite dreadful so i have bravely ordered a Jo Grundy one (I had one last year and liked it) from Smiths; hope the store stays open long enough for me to collect.

harrigran I always have a Family one done each alternate year by DD and DS /DIL. Photos are mainly of my 4 GC, some with parents, and it hangs in the kitchen where it can be viewed many times a day. BTW one of them is Harry.

I usually get one with pictures of my granddaughter, but this year we have all got them from a fundraiser for the local zoo.

I buy myself a Gothic picture calendar every year.
Disappointed with this year's offering, they seem to have used pictures from previous calendars for two of the months ?

Same here Beechnut, the cheaper the better.

cossybabe Fri 01-Jan-21 10:43:58

I have not bought a calender/diary for years - I use google calender, which sends me notifications of anything happening.

I get mine from the same place each year, it`s a calendar with beautiful photos of Kintyre, put out each year by the Killean and Kilkenzie parish church. Proceeds go to church funds, and I get to keep on seeing pictures of one of the loveliest areas we`ve ever been to.

None

Lucretzia Thu 31-Dec-20 18:51:29

We have a slim calendar in the kitchen

Mr. Lucretzia always buys me one.

I went to hang my new one up. Matt cartoons. Very nice.

I stood back to admire it and spotted that it was for 2019.

He was horrified that Amazon would sell out of date calendars.

I pointed out that they obviously manage to sell them!

MawBe Thu 31-Dec-20 18:16:55

Waiting to take my 2020 The Broons calendar down and put up my New 2021 Broons calendar up in the kitchen.

My aunt sends a Broons calendar for every year, addressed to Maw Broon (apologies Mawbe ?)

Keep all appointments and reminders on my phone and DH used a yearly desk diary.

Lexisgranny Thu 31-Dec-20 17:31:16

We had a free calendar last year from a gardening company that met our requirements perfectly. They told us we would be having another one this year, but it hasn’t arrived yet, and with shops closed we are calendarless. Everything is listed on iPads, but I do like a calendar in the kitchen.

geekesse Thu 31-Dec-20 17:23:22

Plain Letts monthly tablet diary. The only things I use it for are family birthdays and hair appointments, and I’ve transferred them all from last year’s calendar this afternoon.

Kalu Thu 31-Dec-20 16:57:17

I use my phone or the kitchen blackboard.

farview Thu 31-Dec-20 16:42:55

AGAA4 Thu 31-Dec-20 16:38:30

My daughter has sent me the Countryfile one.
