I bought Mindfulness and Meditation, with uplifting monthly quotes.

"Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it.
What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside."

One with images from the villages near where I live photographed by a friend. 4 holidays pencilled in already and a reminder of my husband’s big birthday later in the year.

My husband bought me Terry Pratchett s discworld as he knew I was rereading the death series in bed at night.

I was sent one by my aunt who lives in Australia with Australian wildlife pictures, which l like very much and my mum gave me a slimline one with local scenery. Again, very nice to look at. I also have three perpetual calendars in different rooms so I should never forget the date.

I got a free one from Waitrose. ????

We haven't received any free ones for the first time ever this year, so I bought one with photos of cats for my own room, and a calender without photos but with extra large print for writing appointments in (remember those?) which will go in the kitchen.

I picked up a cheap one a couple of weeks ago and have only just looked at it.

Now hung inside a cupboard door as it is a rather twee "think happy thoughts" one.

National Geographic Elephants calendar. My DD bought me one as she knows I love them but I had already bought one of the same so I’ve now got one in the kitchen and one in the office!

Can’t be doing without my Spurs picture calendar hanging in my kitchen! grin

My younger daughter makes us a calendar each year with photos from the year before of family. I love them and I keep them after as it's great to have really good physical photos rather than the masses I have on my phone.

Diary-wise, I like the Collins academic year ones and buy those in July. The current one is rather lacking in entries!

I always buy a Christmas edition magazine that is giving one away free. Double whammy - I can waste half an hour enjoying a cuppa coffee reading a mag I cannot justify buying at any other time and get a calendar to put on the wall which I forget to look at anyway.

A local charity one. I love, under normal circumstances filling in birthdays, gatherings, shows and holidays all the things you look forward too!

A free one with the Sainsbury's magazine that DS bought for me. Need to transfer birthdays etc. It has nice recipes on it.

I have a free one from our local tyre servicing place. However every year i buy one through Snapfish or Bonus print. I love seeing pics from the previous year -grandchildren/holidays etc. I try and put an apt pic for each month.

I normally buy a family planner from Card Factory but this year haven't been out yet as only got out of hospital on Christmas Eve and our shopping centre is closed. Last year nothing entered since October, so have just scribbled reminders for specific days (clinic appointments etc) and will make proper diary notes now we're into January until I can get a planner for this year.
