Was the photo taken against the black background Lisagran? It really enhances the shape of the flowers.

Yes, against my black toaster . I’d seen photos like this on Instagram and wanted to try it, so got a piece of black card from Hobbycraft, but the pics worked better with the toaster as background!

I've never seen those pansies before but then I'm not a gardener. Did you grow them yourself or are they bought in. They are lovely and they do look like cats whiskers ha ha

I bought them in Morrisons May. I love pansies but these are new to me too. They have a lovely fragrance.

A very damp Mevagissey harbour yesterday. Memory Lane for me, many childhood family holidays in the area.

Oooh Corner, memories for me there, we used to love going to Mevagissey, we`ve spent many an hour around the harbour.

We had a break in Torbay. This is a view from Bayard's Cove Fort at Dartmouth.

Squirrels here too kate. I love watching them. These were outside the front door this morning. Not so good at posing though .

A visit to a favourite coffee stop last week, the first since way back last year. It was before indoor seating was allowed, the view was lovely but it was jolly chilly out there!

Visiting the south coast to spend time with our son and his family, after the longest ever period of not seeing them. Today’s blues skies were a lovely bonus!
