This might not suit everyone but I always get up at 6.00am rain or shine.

Do you wish you had had more children?

I haven't had any children Billybob.
Occasionally I regret it, but overall I'm sure that it was for the best.
It wasn't a decision that I made, I left it in the lap of the Gods, and child-free I am.

What jobs did your parents do?

My Dad was in charge of admin in a large borough council in London and Mum was a shorthand typist/personal assistant back in the day. She worked for an accountant in London. They were both ex RAF

What would you order to eat in a very upmarket restaurant?

Lobster-too much faff to prepare but I love the taste. Nothing that looks as if it’s been handled too much whilst plating up.

What would you order for dessert in the same restaurant?

I’m not really a pudding person, but might go for strawberry pavlova, or preferably morello cherries.

My Chinese animal is a pig (New Year approaching)
What is yours?

I'm a pig too! Up until recently I thought that I was a rat, but pig it is. (I was born in the year of the rat, before the New Year.)
My personality is typical of the rat, while I don't have the pig characteristics at all.

What was the last compliment you received?

DH said ' pretty girl' to me the other day.

If you were having salmon for dinner what would put with it?

Noodles, soy and ginger sauce and green beans.

What’s the nicest place to walk near you (not during lockdown so no need to worry about what’ ear’ means!)

Sorry, bit slow.
Nicest place to walk near here is a wildflower reserve but it is a bit hilly. Called Hochkins Ridge reserve.

Plop (the gerbil)

No and I hate to see physical fighting.

A realistic spider left where I would find it.

Do you have a son?

No sons, just 4 daughters but a few grandsons and 2 gt grandsons

If you could just now, which country would you like to visit?

Hungary, never been and fancy seeing Budapest.

Are you a town or country person?

Definitely country.
Although the reality is probably suburban.
Too many people in towns for my liking! (Or at least there were )

Favourite sandwich?

Tough one. Probably fried egg roll has the edge but has to be roll from my local bakery (French flour). Delicious.......

Bath or shower?

Shower, every morning.

Are you a gardener?

Yes, a very happy one but probably not too knowledgeable.

Favourite type of entertainment?

Puzzles-word puzzles, number puzzles, jigsaws. Love Puzzle page on my iPad.
