I’ve seen Tracey Barlow actress a couple of times, in South London ( she has a house nearby), once in Nando’s and once getting her nails done. I was in Wilmslow once and saw that guy who used to be Jim MacDonald running a burger stall and the one who used to be Martin Platt running a cheese stall.

We live quite near Peter Barlow. One time we were in the newsagent and he was in on the same week his face was on the front of the TV Times magazine. That was rather disconcerting.

I sat at the next table to Jason grimshaw in a cafe in Didsbury about 6 years ago and oddly saw Eileen few nights later in a restaurant

I have seen ‘Ken Barlow’ a couple of times in London.
I didn’t speak to him but I seemed to be the only person who recognised him!

An ex rugby player used to live near us and I spotted him a few times in Waitrose. He was left alone by the very polite customers!

I don't think she had a heart attack, it was an anxiety attack? but all the family think she has had a heart attack apart from her Mother?

I’m glad I’m not alone ?

I’ve been thoroughly confused with Corrie in recent days. I thought I’d seen all episodes last week but clearly I must have missed one or I’m suffering from amnesia.

Gail packed her bags and set off for Thailand last night. Her son mentioned it would be beneficial after her heart attack. Did she have a heart attack and fully recover then plan a trip to Thailand all during the episode I missed??

Am I the only one to be concerned that Gail, only just out of hospital after a heart attack, is zipping off to Thailand, alone, while the world is still in a global pandemic?

Has she got her medication sorted? Is her travel insurance willing to cover someone fresh from heart trouble? Is she even allowed to leave the country?

The mind boggles.

Gail moaning about her whole life being a mother - forgetting the five(?) husbands and umpteen jobs. Is she about to do a Shirley Valentine? Here’s hoping.

My system does seem to have it all recorded. I'm looking forward to catching up. Just off to spy on 'Gail' at breakfast.

I have Corrie recording on series link. For some unknown reason the most recent episode didn’t record from ITV on Friday, but it did record from ITV3 yesterday. Very strange.

Aveline - have your tried yourrecordings of those episodes? I always record Corrie and then watch it when I have time in the afternoon. Settled down yesterday to watch a couple of episodes - and found that, due to last minute and unannounced time changes, did not have any Corrie.

She did say she needed to get away to recharge her batteries (or break her circuit, or something….).

I've got three episodes recorded do am not up to speed on the latest. Oh dear!

Big yikes. We're on holiday just now and it looks like 'Gail' is staying in the same hotel as us. It's so confusing suddenly catching sight of her. We're pretty sure it's her (after lots of covert staring and casual walk pasts). It's so strange to see a familiar figure from our sitting room TV suddenly in the flesh. It feels so rude not to talk to her.

Well I ll bump this up just to confuse things as there’s another Corrie thread up there now ???
