Or do you ? I have things I regret and would change but often they have a “but then..”. Attached eg but then I wouldn’t have met so and so..”

It is not about shrug off the past and move on, others are very positive and don’t worry about anything

It is about facing up to the action we regret, making amends if possible and appropriate, and then gritting our teeth facing forward. Too many people seem to cling to their regrets and use them as an excuse for never moving on and ruining their future life, continually blaming the past.
