I like cushions, and sometimes M&S and I will sock anyone who says different.Come on then....one at at time or all at once, makes no difference to me!

Socks whether they have cute little bunnies, hedgehog or flowers, let’s face it are just sooooooo boring and unsexy.

I have been wasting precious time lately watching Netflix, and whichever film I choose the plot is frequently unnecessarily IMO interrupted by a bonking scene. You never see them hopping into bed for the aforementioned activity with fluffy socks (or any other sort) on do you? Proves my point.

I think socks can be much more sexy than many feet. Hard skin, long scratchy toenails,etc. Keep your socks on for all romantic activities please!

Frankly my book is minuscule. I love feet if not too knobbly, or with long toenails. I don’t like painted toenails much unless they are clear varnish. I wouldn’t let anyone jump into my bed with socks on. Mind you Mr Greeneyed’s jumping days are rather measured since hip replacements

I will always love M&S. But it's not what it was when my love started to bloom in the 70s. That happens as we age. Passion diminishes.

But you just can't beat their manzanilla olives. My passion for these remains the same

Anyone aged 10 and above need to keep their feet to themselves. Ghastly things.

Only ghastly if they’ve been abused Rula. Like many things I guess. I love M&S because it reminds me of childhood shopping with mum, when things were laid out on counters. I swear some of the stock is still there ? Not the olives of course, they weren’t heard of in my spaghetti hoop childhood.

I had a veeeery poor childhood, Aveline. TWO bags, what an indulgence.

Our spaghetti hoops were shared between 4 of us kids and had to last a week. On the Friday we took turns to lick the can. We’d have loved some grits (isn’t that what Americans eat?)

This seems to be the only thread not arguing about Meghan bloody Markle, does she wear socks? Is Harry allowed to have salt on his porridge? Does their housekeeper put the cushions on their points or square?
