Ghislaine Maxwell’s prison experience ‘torture’

Of course she is on remand so at present not guilty of anything.

With her multiple nationalities and connections I suppose she is considered too much of a flight risk - cheaper and easier to keep her in prison, rather than house arrest with an ankle tag etc.

She is being accused of very serious crimes

I have every sympathy for the girls abused by Epstein. Maxwell is accused of vile, serious crimes but she has not been convicted of anything yet. It seems some don't actually need a trial in order to convict her. To be honest, I believe she is guilty, but I don't think anybody should be kept in such conditions, especially before they have been convicted. Sympathy? Maybe not that far, but discomfort at the idea of those conditions certainly.

Apparently she is under constant surveillance in a tiny 6ftx9ft cell with cameras trained on her, no natural light and ‘inedible’ food.

Of course that’s not the whole story as she wouldn’t spend all of the day in her cell.

I guess the brother’s aim is to back up yet another plea for bail.

How can anyone feel sorry knowing why she is there.

None at all. Serves her right.

Nope.

That’s the opinion of her brother Ian Maxwell on describing her living conditions in the US prison.

Does anyone feel sorry for her?
Certainly not me. She is being accused of very serious crimes, so my sympathy lies with the victims.
