Yes! The police gave it to me some years ago when I was being plagued by phone calls. It's called a Shrill Alarm, a canister. Have I used it? No! The police tracked the perp down, visited him and told him that if he ever phoned me again he'd immediately go to jail, but they gave it to me anyway.
