This brings back memories of watching TOTP while doing a huge pile of ironing for us and 3 children.

I watch some of the music programmes which have hits from the 1980s and 90s. I must confess that with a few exceptions, on the whole the music died for me in the 80s. I would love to hear acts from the 1960s/70s but I doubt that'll happen.

I spent a very enjoyable thirty minutes watching this tonight - hardly recognised any of the songs. I didn't have a car radio in those days and left home early for work, then got home so late from just ate and watched tv before bed.

Have just found Chris Isaak on YouTube singing Wicked, watched it twice! And Karen Carpenter, beautiful voice - and the Righteous brothers.

Somehow I left music behind when the kids were born in the early 90's, I didn't even recognise some of the faces.
