Hello Everyone! ?
Inspired by someone (who will remain nameless) who includes Pretty Woman in her list of all-time favourite films
It can be anything: food; TV; books...
I'll get the crappy ball rolling with Super Noodles (chicken flavour); Celebrity Big Brother (RIP); and the Agatha Raisin books (complete and utter badly written drivel)
Oh, and I can't miss out The Daily Mail (subscription holder
)
Come on, what are yours?
Thank you!

The definition of rubbish is probably:
really bad movies
really bad TV series
junk food
trashy books or magazines
time-wasting games and websites
If you still love it then put it on this thread.
I think Peppa Pig is a children's classic, not rubbish really.

Sincere apologies to everyone. I should be ashamed and I am. I will henceforth do my best to be a better contributor. Best wishes to you all.
Oh give over.
Don't be daft. The very worst thing that you can do on Gransnet is take both it and you too seriously.
I would like to contribute to this thread but I'm finding it hard to classify things I love as rubbish. Does Peppa Pig count?
Maybe I should start a MIC thread but there’d probably only be me and thee on it!

Maybe70 oh I wish I’d seen Jamie and Mitton on Pointless but I don’t watch that much as I can’t stand Alexander Armstrong. Don’t know why.
I don’t watch it often but DH used to watch it and I just happened to be in the room when it was on. I think Jamie is very much the brains behind MIC. Can’t stand Habs though....
You know it's rubbish, but you love it regardless
Gransnet!

Ladyleftfieldlover: I think that was Barry Humphries.
I loved a 'Schoolgirls' Own' story called 'Paddy and the Grey Rider'. And I love Spike Jones and his City Slickers.

If you ever get the chance to see Plan 9 from outer space don’t miss it. It’s considered the Citizen Cane of bad films.
To give you an idea: the spaceship was furnished with wicker chairs and velvet curtains ?There is also a film called Ed Wood - he was the director of Plan 9. It was about the making of Plan 9. Johnny Depp plays him in the film. He was seriously weird. Plan 9 is so bad it's good. Thanks, Meryl Strep for reminding me of the film. Looking forward to watching it again if I can download it from somewhere.
Here's a link to a trailer for Plan 9

It looks jolly bad!
There's a movie on tomorrow 4pm on Horror Channel called Killer Bees (2002) which is supposed to be a Z movie so I must give it a go!
Sincere apologies to everyone. I should be ashamed and I am. I will henceforth do my best to be a better contributor. Best wishes to you all.

To my shame Made in Chelsea. I like the music and the clothes and the locations. It makes me think of the swinging sixties and Carnaby Street and stuff like that. I’ve watched it for so many years I can’t stop now.
Oh yes. I’ve just posted that one. Current lot not so interesting as the older characters but still love Ollie. Boule, trying to impress girls with skateboarding, polo, fencing, martial arts etc. He was rubbish and always outshone by the glorious Fred.
Better stop now before other GNs accuse me of being exclusive ?
I think they’ve made an effort with the last two series. It was getting dire prior to that. I quite liked the fact that Mitten and Jamie both did well on Pointless and even got a Pointless answer so, even though the series is all about superficial fluffy people some of them are quite clever. I even nearly went to a book signing that Binky did at a local supermarket once. Didn’t intend to buy the book though. Yes. I love Ollie. And there are several that I love to hate. It’s pure pantomime really!
Lol married at first sight not the British one that’s boring. I love the overseas ones. I’ve watched the Australia one and the American lol. Same as the housewife orange country lol one of my son came one day and said mum that’s rubbish lol said not asking you to watch it ?

Made in Chelsea, started watching ten years ago with my twenty year old son. He’s given up on it now but I’m still watching, although the participants aren’t a patch on the ones in earlier episodes.
Mashed potato on crusty bread with loads of butter.
Can’t think of anything else.
We love watching A Place in the Sun and Escape to the Country, and as others have said what do some of these people expect on a low budget,I think they just want a weeks holiday, and not really bothered about a place in the sun,or otherwise. Maybe I am being mean.

How DARE you call Ham and Pease Pudding sandwiches rubbish - it's officially the food of the gods, if I'm ever condemned it will be my last meal request.
Beetroot and salad cream sandwich - Yum ?
Any serial killer crime documentary
Pantomimes! I use my granddaughter as an excuse to go ?♀️
Ah FANNY CORNFORTH, I too like super noodles - curry flavour and the King Pot Noodle. Haven't tried the Bad Boy one but my hand itches towards it sometimes. I try to make the super noodle acceptable with a sachet of microwaved frozen mixed veg stirred in.
For dessert I would choose a packet of Jaffa Cakes.
All the Christmas films by hallmark! So naff but I once watched 4 on the trot a few Augusts ago when channel 5 put them on! Loved it ?
