Just seen Harry has written a tell it all book, well with a ghost writer anyway. What on earth is left to say? From what I understand it’s his life from his viewpoint along with lessons for us all. I’m beginning to feel sorry for the rest of the RF. where is it going to end.

25Avalon - you’ve just given Harry the title -
The Worm’s Tale.

You can tell he’s a chip off the old block, as his dad was always into gardening.

When in America do as the Americans do? I suppose he wanted something to do.

Well he has certainly perfected the American style of dressing with his shirts and bare feet.
I wonder whether the photo on the front cover of the book will be of him in army uniform or in bermudas with rips in them?

H & M will have to hope then that their children don't go for the 'tell all' approach when they're old enough icanhandthemback.

Sometimes, what goes around doesn't come around and you don't always reap what so sew. I hope H & M do though.

If you (in your child’s opinion) behave badly, you can expect your children to tell the world.
Since H&M have been/are behaving badly, their children could have an income for life with their own ‘tell all’ interviews and books.

And if Harry is Dr Faustus (the man who sold his soul to the devil) who is Mephistopheles (who enabled Faustus to sell his soul to the devil) ?

Maybe his parents who did not behave with dignity at all. If you behave badly, you can expect your children to tell the world. What goes around comes around.

For a young man who is always concerned about other people's mental health, he takes very little notice of the wellbeing of his own family.

He has done an incredible amount of good in his life, his stint in the armed forces, the Invictus games, his continued interest in the works his mother was involved in etc. It is so sad to see him resort to "celebrity" tell-all books.

It was a joke, Blossoming - hence the question mark.

Blossoming Tue 20-Jul-21 12:30:23

So, same as Russell Brand’s book? Is the question mark part of the title?

Germanshepherdsmum Tue 20-Jul-21 12:28:21

They are both a disgrace and should be stripped of their titles. Perhaps the next thing will be she announces her presidential bid. I suppose he can’t unless he has US citizenship (though perhaps he’s got that on the quiet).
At least they won’t be coming here any time soon because the US’s current travel restrictions won’t allow them back in.
I refuse to sully my iPad by using their names.

What’s the book called?

My Booky Wook?

I am saddened by this latest attempt by Harry to @Look at me! me! me!'. Like everyone, I was saddened by the footage of the two boys following their Mother's coffin, but for someone who is very keen to share his struggles with his mental health, he has very little thought or consideration for the feelings or mental health of his family, namely his brother, father and grandmother. Charles must, like any other parent in this position, wonder where he went wrong, what he should have/should not have done. The breakdown of any family is sad, as many on here will testify, but to do it in public, feeding the voracious appetite of gossip columns as you do it, is a step too far for me.

We have military personnel in the family. I am sure they will be very keen to read about Harry's time in the army. I'm guessing that chapter might be the only interesting bit.

To me Harry seems a very unhappy, discontented man. He is intent on picking at his sores. This should be a happy time in a young man's life with his children.

The breath taking hypocrisy of this pair is incredible. She’s lied and trashed her family, snared Harry with the help of her Soho House crew, insisted on a wedding that cost as much as Catherines, bullied Charlotte unmercifully, trashed his family and now publicly ask to christen a child, whose never been seen, in the U.K. Win win for MM either way. More to add to her self pity party is she’s told no.

It’s staggering what one person can do to fracture a family when they set out to cause chaos.

I don’t think for one moment it will lead to a republic no matter how much some people would like it to.

Charles’ reign will be relatively short and he will finally get his slimmed down monarchy. The stress caused by Harry may well undermine his health. Not entirely fair to Edward who has been a real support to HM.

William and Catherine are extremely popular and have lots of good practical ideas to help create a better long term future, especially for disadvantaged children.

Alternatively we could have President Johnson or President Starmer and his hypocritical warring party.

25Avalon Tue 20-Jul-21 11:33:32

Doesn’t he mean not that he has written it as the man he has become but as the worm he has become?

Namsnanny Tue 20-Jul-21 11:24:44

Exactly Infinity2 win win

Infinity2 Tue 20-Jul-21 11:19:24

Have you seen how charitable donations are written off against tax in the States ?

25Avalon Tue 20-Jul-21 11:18:37

What proceeds? Easy to give away nothing.

Note why have I become so cynical about H&M?

Infinity2 Tue 20-Jul-21 11:18:19

But Harry is going to be ONE OF THE PEOPLE.
A prole, like me.

Give it ten years and he’ll be back to claim Universal Credit.
Mrs Candy Floss will have taken all his money founding The University of Superficiality for discontented underprivileged moaning aristos.

Anniebach Tue 20-Jul-21 11:18:04

Full proceeds or a percentage

JaneJudge Tue 20-Jul-21 11:13:46

it said on the news that proceeds from the book were going to charity

M0ira Tue 20-Jul-21 11:10:48

Had to laugh at the “from my perspective as a man “. I am probably not alone in thinking that CASH and HARRY need to get on with their private lives and grow up. Never has, Harry, ever had to think about how to earn a salary in order to pay the bills, mortgage etc.
