I found these ladies' stories so inspiring and uplifting. I thought you might too.

I'd be really interested to hear of your new starts later in life.

In my fifties I gave up a career in Human Resources to retrain as a gardener. I ran my own gardening business for many years. I loved it and wished I'd done it sooner.

It's difficult when energy levels are not what they were but we have to keep trying. For me a house move and change of garden are uplifting and that's what we're planning now. After retirement it is so easy to let the days just slip by. These ladies are certainly inspiring and it's good to read their stories. A positive attitude is what is required though it can be difficult sometimes.
