Elderly Person……please turn off your TV and go out of your front door to experience real life. I’m presuming that you are double vaccinated. All this stuff around deliveries, metres of distance and shouting down from upstairs windows is not healthy. Eating rice with pouches of baby food squeezed onto it is not healthy. Tap water is OK.
You presume wrongly.
The Tesco drivers telephone me. I had a hearing problem develop for a number of months and so could not hear them from the window so they telephoned me. Even then I often needed to ask them to repeat things. My hearing situation has improved greatly though, but they still telephone, often from the van, which is better for them if it is cold or raining.

It certainly is healthy. There is also some Alpro unsweetened soya drink added to it so as to provide protein and vitamin B12. I devised my diet out of need, my diet has been checked and approved by a hospital dietician after a referral by my doctor at my request.
As you mention it, my diet also includes pure fruit juice and Alpro soya shakes, both chocolate and strawberry and Alpro doft desserts, both chocolate and vanilla.
It has kept me out of hospital for a long time now.
