Thanks, Dinahmo. What a great article. I've read all the books about Rod Stewart but I didn't know he was 'discovered' on Twickenham Station by Long John Baldry. RS comes across as a very nice bloke, don't you think?

I've never been a fan but I know all about him from my two sisters who have loved him from the start of his career.
