What a boost for Peppa Pig World!
I think Johnson should wear a Daddy Pig t shirt in the HOC just to follow it up.?

Has Peppa taken over all the threads?

I think he had probably overdone the vino at lunch, which added to his eccentric persona made for a rather strange speech. Not that he’s ever a smoothy with a speech at the best of times.I always assumed they had speech writers for this sort of thing, but obviously not.?

Embarrassing.

Cringeworthy!

Is he ill, is he drunk? It is hard to imagine how it could be this bad.

This car crash of a speech illustrates his total disregard for preparation. He’s evoking more like Trump, people laughing at him rather than with him.

Not just business Men! Or even perhaps business Women?
I am a common woman and he certainly has no appeal for me. Never has. He is an embarrassment.

Johnson's style is popularist and honed to appeal to the common man. All this bluster and inattention to detail will not go down well with Business men. Embarrassing, really. He is getting very near to a political crash landing.

Dear Grief, how embarrassing. The “make ‘em laugh” approach doesn’t work every time, Boris.

Nothing wrong with mixing up notes and losing your place - could happen to the most excellent of national leader, but this was totally cringeworthy!

It was reminiscent of his totally made-up claim when asked about his hobbies and he garbled something about making a bus from wine boxes. He is such a psued.

He was addressing the CBI.
